The recruitng dept is run by
2LT-Azure The recruitng dept. is responsible for keeping a steady flow of new recruits comming into ERG. ERG is a clan for people of all skill levels, including beginers. If you are willing to learn, and can follow orders, there is room in ERG for you! To become a member, you must first participate in a tryout. Tryouts, are usually very easy, as long as you listen to instructions. Depending on how good you do in the tryout, will determine your rank. Most people that tryout will recieve the rank of Private First Class (PFC), those that show great ability and knowledge of tactics will be made Corpral. If you dont make corpral it is not a big deal, you will have many opourtunities to be promoted.
