ANSWER: No paper check or unsigned draft

SECURE INTERNET eCHECK © system is completely automated and electronic.
FAQ: How exactly does the
process work?
ANSWER: The
SECURE INTERNET eCHECK © system and process is described and is also set forth in the
flow chart graphic below:
1. After completing the Web
Browser based Order Form, the Purchaser's Web Browser is transferred into the
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Verisign ®
Encrypted Web Site which is an Internet Service Provider (ISP), Value Added
Network (VAN), Inter-networking, Host-based, Auto-release Internet Transaction Processor.
2. The Purchaser then enters
information sufficient for the
proprietary databases to reasonably
identify and communicate with the Purchaser.
3. The Purchasers then is issued
via the confirmed e-mail address, an Authentication Code for entry in the
SECURE INTERNET eCHECK © Form as a "Digital Signature" .
4. The Purchaser opens the e-mail
containing the Authentication Code, copies the Authentication Code from the e-mail and
pastes it into the
SECURE INTERNET eCHECK © On-line Payment Form displayed on the Web Browser. (The
Payee's Name, The Payor's Name, The Dollar Amount of the Purchase, and the Memo Line
Information are already automatically filled from the data captured from the On-line Order
Form.)
5. The Purchaser then opens to the next available Check which would normally be issued in the Purchaser's Check Book. (and for good record-keeping purposes, should write VOID across this Check or otherwise denote an ACH Debit Entry.)
6. The Purchaser then enters the
required Checking Account data into the
SECURE INTERNET eCHECK © On-line Payment Form: the Check Number,
Checking Account Number, 9 digit ABA Bank Transit Routing Number and Bank
Name. See the example:

7. By pressing the
SECURE INTERNET eCHECK © On-line Payment Form "Submit Button" containing
the issued Authentication Code which is a Digital Signature, the Purchaser has authorized
a Direct Debit to the designated Bank Account for this transaction only.
8. The Checking Account is then instantly submitted to the scrutiny of the Shared Check Authorization (SCAN) and other proprietary databases regarding Checking Accounts.
9. If the subject Checking Account passes the
scrutiny of the Checking Account Databases, SCAN issues a Verification Number to the
detailed
SECURE INTERNET eCHECK © Confirmation Receipt Form to the Web Browser and to
the Purchaser's e-mail address. (If the Checking Account cannot be Verified,
the Web Browser will display and an e-mail will be transmitted to the Purchaser with a
Declined Transaction Number and a Toll Free Number to contact for further information)
10. On a Verified Checking
Account, an ACH Debit Entry is thereafter automatically submitted at the ACH Third Party
Processor Host System, which Directly Debits the bank account of the Purchaser /
eCheck Writer / Maker / Payor / "Receiver" and thereafter (4 banking
days in lieu of Returns attributable to next banking cash credit) Directly ACH
Credits the bank account of the Seller / eCheck Recipient / Payee /
"Originator".
11. Transaction confirmations are generated via
to both:

transaction information confirmations of the transaction via e-mail.
