1) No stealing. The images on here are mine and only mine unless I say otherwise. I leave credits when the content is not mine. On fanarts, I list and credit who are responsible in the creation of the character and story. If I show off an art piece or writing that is not mine or a compilation of a friend or I, I do credits. The rest of the imagery and writings are mine. If you would like to show off my work elsewhere, please ask me first. Just drop me a note by email with the site you want to host it on and why, I will let you know if it is ok or not. If you do not have my permission, host it and I find out, you will suffer. ALWAYS CREDIT. If you show off my work, credit is a must. MY NAME (Viol3t) and MY SITE URL (http://www.geocities.com/erekiis) right next to my work and it must be clearly visible.
2) No manipulations No, you may not take one of my art pieces and manipulate it and call it your own. You will not change one little thing about my work and call it your own. You can not repaint my imagery, change the hair, color scheme, or anything else, and call it your own. It is mine, not yours. It will never be yours. Do your own artwork. That will be your own and I will not tarnish all your hard work.
3) No Direct-Linking I'd really appreciate it if you saved images on your own sever and don't direct-link. It will take up my bandwidth, and that's precious space that I can't afford.
4) Be respectful This site is up for your viewing pleasure and at my expense. Please do not email me or comment else where about how horrible the site, my art, my writings, or thoughts are. This site does not have to be here and I will not tolerate childish bickering of others. No bashing will be done. I will not allow viewers to fight amongst themselves where it can be seen. Do it on IM or at the park, not in anyway that it is viewable by others who will be watching my site, deviantart account, y! gallery, livejournal, whatever. I do not want any passer bys to say, 'hey, this is Viol3t. Oh, it looks like her viewers fight alot.' Do not make this place look bad, act mature. This is an art site, not a playground for five year old misfits. Also, be respectful of yourself. I give no pity for those who ramble to me about how bad their artwork or writings are. Have confidence and you will shine.
5) Ask to be affiliated I'd love to link to your site if you link to mine. And if you don't want to link to mine, that's ok to, but I'd appreciate it if you did. Nope, you don't have to be an artist to affiliate. Don't need to be a writer. No need to even have a liking of the things I like. Nothing in common? That's ok. Just affiliate with me, 'cause you like me as a person, you like a few of my works, or you just want to get to know me. That's cool.
6) Presents (gifts) I love it when people put effort into something they make and give it as a present. It shows the person thinks about and appreciate you. If you send any presents to me, they will be presented here unless you wish for it not to be. I show your gifts with pride and appreciation. Please do not ask for a gift from me. It's a present, and presents aren't asked for. If I have time and I really would like to draw, write, make anything for you, I will. Please don't find it offensive if I never do any of this for you. I have things to do. I really only do gifts for people I really like, usually close personal friends. If you ever sent me a gift, or done something really special for me, you'll probably be receiving a gift from me in appreciation to your deed. Ask about art trades and commission.
7) Shoppe I have no Shoppe at the moment. If I ever had money to do prints, I may consider it.

1) Why the name 'Viol3t'? Why the 3? I actually go through a lot of names. Viol3t just happened to be the one that stuck around long enough and received recognition. Violet is my favorite color (I know, it seems like pink is, right? lol) Cats are my favorite animal (recently, a bunny is too), so I used to go by the username and alias 'Violet_Kitty'. I then had friends who would pick up the name 'kitty', 'Cat', 'Kitten', and whatever. Soon, I no longer wanted the name kitty since so many people had it, so I dropped it and was left with Violet. I already liked the name alone, because it sounds soft, elegant, and mysterious. At the same time, it could sound magnificint, royal, and mesmerizing. So I picked up the name as my 'artist name'. Problem was, on online art communities like deviantart, Violet wasn't available. And it was usually that way. I still wanted the name, so I thought that if I could changed something about it without adding '_'or '-blah blah' and without loosing the look or the written word. That's where the three comes in. 3 kinda looks like an E. Just backwards. So I created Viol3t. What genius! The name has stuck for very long time and will probably continue to stick since I've already gotten recognition through the name.
2) Erekiis? A new name? Erekiis is a male character for one of my online novels. Ekiis is a sort pet name of Erekiis. I made up the name and the pronunciation is strange, you would have to hear me say it. I have a nasty habit of being an account-whore. I like to make new accounts at online sites, and I honestly don't know why. I think just the feeling of something new to create excites me. I like coding out the css, which is probably the big reason why I make so much accounts. So please just bear with me. Erekiis is a name I like alot, purely for the sound and feel of it. I sort of adopted it. It's not a new name, and it doesn't represent me. I think it's just a name I like to use for fun. I guess it can be seen as a sub male name I use online. Queenie is another sub name I use, but not just for me. I also use it to referring to a female (or pretty boy) friend. (recently, Queenie is my new username on deaviantart, but I still refer to myself as Viol3t) To me, they are royalty. With my online novels, I love royalty, and so I have many Queenies, Kings, Princlings, and such. In art, if you see a crown above someone's head, it means they are royalty. I will draw friends with crowns and my own characters whom are royalty. I may even do fanart with a character I consider as magnificent as royalty, such as Sora of Kingdom Hearts. So I guess making someone royal or wearing a crown, means I really take a liking to that person. My favorite Queenie of course is Bl3u.
3)Who is Bl3u?
We broke up. So not as much art will be made for her anymore. That part feels weird, I'm always thinking, 'oh, I should draw this for Bl3u', then I'm like ' Won't that be weird since were not dating?' lol But hopefully we stay friends. Honestly, I broke up with her because I didn't feel like she was my friend anymore. I feel really refreshed from this. I'm happy. I don't think she is, but I'm sure later she will be.
4) Birthday?
Oh gosh, long story. Short side, I don't like it. On my birthday, people try to buy me things. I know it's a birthday and it customary to receive gifts, and there is no need to give gifts on your birthday. But I can't help it. If someone buys me something, I need to buy them something too. But I just don't have the money, and I kill myself trying to get people gifts and making sure they are nice enough to present. And so please, don't get me anything. Bl3u this year was the only one who really understood that I absolutely didn't want a gift, and so hers was the best gift I got from my friends. Because I have a twin who blabs about when his birthday is, many people end up knowing when my birthday is and then try to get me something and it gets hectic for me. My best friend, she does this thing I really appreciate. On a random day in January, she will tell me happy birthday. It makes me smile, because she like Bl3u, understands how I feel about my birthday, and considers my wishes. I will admit, I am a Capricorn and yes, I was born in January. You might often see me write that my birthday is January sixth, but it's a lie. That is the day one of my friends died and I just use that for online information, when it is needed.
5) Age?
I don't like to give out my age, because people can judge others art based on age. Younger people are praised for drawing very well at such a young age. Teenagers are ignored for just starting out as an artist and having 'bad' art. Adults with bad art is a disgrace. Adults with good art is great. It's just that I don't want my art judged by my age.
6) Nationality?
I'm Hispanic. Mostly Hispanic. I have Indian blood from the Yakki tribe (if my abuelo remembers correctly ><), I'm a lot of Italian (and take on the appearance from my daddy's side), German from my mother's side, Irish from daddy's side, English, and another we haven't yet figured out. It could be Scottish or something. Something white ^^
