But Morgan and Tim escaped and Morgan started plotting her revenge on “the source of all her problems” – Stephanie. She found out Forresters were having a party for the kids and wanted a clown to perform. So Morgan cancelled the clown and dressed up as one herself.

The Forresters enjoyed the afternoon by the pool.

Morgan managed to sneak into the house and no one realized it was her under all that make-up. She angrily looked at Stephanie while Eric was making his speech.

After all but Stephanie had left, Morgan confronted her. She had a club in her hand and told Stephanie how she had ruined her life. She asked if Stephanie had any regrets and Stephanie admitted that the abortion she talked Morgan into having was the low point of her life. Morgan was happy to hear that and told Stephanie that kidnapping Taylor and Steffy was hers. Then, Morgan thought they were even. She told Stephanie that all she had ever wanted was to be accepted by her since she had loved and looked up to Stephanie. They hugged and Morgan left (what a psycho she was!! Only a psycho can believe she can actually get away with kidnapping and attempted murder like Morgan did).

Stephanie took the phone and called the police as Morgan returned and heard what she was doing. She grabbed the phone which ended up in the pool. Then she hit Stephanie who fell to the ground. As Morgan grabbed her club, Steph got up. Morgan swung the club at Stephanie who dodged the hit and the club rolled away. They fought and Morgan tried to strangle Stephanie. But Steph hit Morgan who fell into the pool, head down. Stephanie was about to jump in to pull her up when she realized she couldn´t. She looked chocked at Morgan and left.

Ridge and Taylor arrived (after figuring out it was Morgan and Tim who posed as clowns). Stephanie told them the truth as the police arrived. Ridge protected his mother by telling the cops Stephanie had found Morgan facing down in the pool, as she must have slipped. The cops seemed suspicious as Taylor stood in front of Stephanie to dodge the police.

The cops looked down to the pool, which was empty! Tim had pulled Morgan out of the pool. From the balcony, Ridge, Taylor, Steph and the cops saw the van drive away. They ran to the cars to follow them. Taylor ordered Stephanie to stay behind where she was safe (yeah, right!!). Stephanie was instructed to wait by the phone. As the police pulled the van to the side of the road, Taylor called Stephanie to tell her they had been caught. Stephanie was relieved and broke down, saying how sorry she was for leaving Morgan in the pool and everything.

She went up to the bathroom to take a bath when Morgan came up, looking crazier than ever!

Morgan said that Stephanie had been right about one thing, that Morgan was about to kill someone – she was about to kill Stephanie!

They fought yet again and this time, Morgan got the upper hand. She forced Stephanie down and held her head under water in the tub.

Then, finally, Eric rushed in for the rescue. He grabbed Morgan by her hair and threw her in the wall.

As he checked to see if Stephanie was okay, Morgan tried to escape again. But Stephanie warned Eric, who grabbed hold of the lunatic and held her there until the cops arrived.

Morgan was arrested as Ridge and Taylor arrived. Morgan told Ridge that she only wanted him to love her (famous last words from a psycho!). Then she was taken away as Eric promised his wife they would never have to see her again (and he seems to have been right).
