Lane Davies temporarily took over to role of Ridge in 1992 when Ronn Moss was off in Italy shooting a movie.
Lane is probably best known from his role as Mason Capwell on the cancelled soap Santa Barbara. A role he played from 1984 to 1989. Lane has also been on Days of our lives.
Most recently, Lane has been playing in theatres which he loves doing. His other TV appearances include guestroles on Ellen, Seinfeld, Married with children and The practise.
He lives with his wife Holly and their children.
