Conduct numerous range and riparian improvement projects by "weed" species removal and
protective fence construction.
Organize and lead construction and inspection of barb wire and jack & pole fences in remote
forest areas with various hand tools and by various skidding methods (including ATV use),
cutting and measuring timber materials on-site.
Cooperatively conduct active fire suppression as a FFT1 trainee/squad boss practicing the safe
operation and maintenance of various tools, two-way radios and water pumps.
Efficiently conduct Northern Goshawk survey in designated habitats with audio calls while
identifying all animal species' presence and recording all corresponding data.
Clear and patrol remote forest restricted-access roads with 4WD trucks and ATVs
