Ahh. Gaddes and Allen. Not a very popular pairing in the circle of Escaflowne fiction. What a pity. I must admit, this anime series was something I struggled to finish watching - it got tedious in the end. But, I definately had a weak spot for Allen (pity his character was ruined by his obsession with Hitomi...)and I likewise had a weak spot for his loyal commander, Gaddes. What could be better than throwing the two of them together! I am currently hunting down another fiction featuring the two of them in their earlier days, but am having no sucess. I'll post it here if I do end up finding it again.
