Misc.

What is the best thing about being a boy? -- Girls. I really like being a guy.
What is the worst thing about being a boy? -- It seems like there's more responsiblity if you're a guy.
What's hard about being famous?-- Your life becomes more public. I'll get e-mails asking me if I'm dating certain people. Our fans talk about that stuff. They care if you have a girlfriend. Why in the world do I have to tell anybody about that? Everything is watched. You have to be more careful.
Piercings?- No. I've been tempted to. But my grandpa and parents wouldn't be ver excited. My grandparents will think I've lost it. They want me to be clean cut.
Do you have a car?- Honda Civic Silver '97. Nothing special. I like it.
Who's the best dancer?- Nathan. He can do some scary Michael Jackson impressions.
Who's the most fun to hang out with? - Gabe. We're really close.
What do you value most in a friendship?- Trust. I can't stand people who lie.
When did you become a Christian?- I was four when I prayed with my mom after hearing the story of Jonah and the whale. My sophmore year in high school is when I realized that it's something I have to do on my own.
What do you look for in women?- Honesty. That's the main thing. Physical things are least important as I get older. But at the same time you're not going to go after someone you're nto attracted to. She has to be a Christian. Also someone who's fun, not to serious.
What/Who inspired you to sing?- My mom. I sang in children's choir when I was really young. I listened to Steven Curtis Chapman all the time. I'd always sing along. One day she bought me a track for "No Better Place" and said, "I think you should sing this song in church."  There's no way, I thought. I was terrified. I didn't even want to sing it in my house by myself. My mo kept encouraging me and praying for me. From then on, I kept singing. My mom's dad was a singer/songwriter -- Ira Stamphill. He wrote "I Know Who Holds Tomorrow." Leann Rimes recorded that. There's a little bit of that in me.
What's your idea of the perfect date?- It depends on the person, but something tod o would be to go somwhere really nice for dinner where you dress up. Then we'd change clothes and be more casual, then find a lookout spot on a mountain. Just watching the stars and having a good conversation about life.
Where do you go when you like to be alone?- I'll go driving sometimes and end up at a grocery store looking at magazines.
Whats your dream car?- I'd like to own a Hummer.
