My Legacy Project
My legacy project is a wooden lamb. The lamb will be used for demonstrations such as castration, external anatomy, and breed recognition. The use of visual aids in the classroom improve learning considerably. My cooperating teacher already uses a pig and cow for demonstrations. During castration demonstrations balloons filled with flour and ketchup insure that students receive learning as close as one can get to the real thing. My project took about two hours total to complete. With much craftsmanship and precision I was able to replicate the actual size and dimensions of the ideal lamb. I call my legacy project, "Wamb."
