- Once a month your horse needs to go to the vet/farrier
- Any time during a disaster you may need to take you horse to the vet and farrier. Make sure you take the horse to your vet/farrier for it to count.
- After you qualify for owning a stable or a buisness, you need to buy real estate
- You can open a buisness after you are promoted to member and you can only own one
- The items are delivered right when you pay so you dont have to wait for a reply from us.
- Dont forget to post on the Bank Board after you buy
- A horse ages each month
- A foal ages once a week till it is one year
- Newborn, suckling, weanling (can be sold now), and yearling.
- When a foal is a yearling it will start to age once a month.
- After a horse turns 20 it must be retired (it will be gone from the game)
- You may pick the foals color, name, and size�but remember a foal tends to take the mothers size!
- You must write checks to pay for things
- Every time you do something that needs to be paid for write a check on the check board.

Buying
- You must buy tack for your horses�
- You don�t need tack for each horse� just one of each item you need.
- You also need grooming supplies�
- Those are musts.
- Other things you need to buy depending on what you are going to do�say if you are going to train a horse on the training board�you need training things�
Training
- If you have kept a foal that was born or have bought a weanling you need to train it�
- You must train for each event you want it to compete in�
- And each level
- Training takes one msg. on the board.
