Buying & Selling
1. You can only sell horses that you own.
2. You can only buy horses that are offered for sale/auction and must pay full price.
3. I (as the owner) may add imported horses for auction if people need more
horses.
4. Horses may not be imported or exported into or out of Equasia. Horses can
only be bought at Equasia and sadly there are no creation/importation credits
given - except under VERY special circumstances.
5. Horses can not be sold or auctions until they are of weanling age.
