Establishments
1. An establishment is a stable, registry, association or business.
2. You cannot make a registry or association about the same/or similar thing as
another.
3. Businesses such as vet and farrier must keep separate records for the horses
they have seen.
4. All establishments must be on web pages.
5. You may only own 1 stable all together in the whole game. Tell me if you
really want another for some reason.
6. You must be an active member of Equasia before you can open any
establishments.

8. You must buy facilities and land from the construction company before opening a stable.
