This means no training, kill- stealing, camp stealing or sabatoge attempts. Posting or shouting derogatory or insulting comments about another person is not permitted.
Show respect to one another
All guild members will show respect to one another. There will be absolutely no flaming, personal attacks or abusive name calling aimed at another guild member or officer.
First offense = warning
Second offense = DKP reduction
Third Offense = Meeting with Guild Leaders to discuss your future with Blood up to and including removal from guild.
Guild Leaders reserve the right to adjust penalties depending on circumstances. It is possible to disagree with someone without insulting comments or flaming.
Attendance at ALL raids is Mandatory
Raids are MANDATORY!! If you are online (Alt or Main Guild), you are expected to be at the officially declared raids with the character, most needed by guild, if you have more than one character. If you are online and do not attend the raid you will have triple the mobs DKP value reduced from your totals by the raid leader. Appeals can be made to one of the guild leaders who will discuss it with others. If someone continues to miss raids while online their future with Blood will be discussed by Guild Leaders. Any character, regardless of level can be pressed into service if needed for raid.
