Pottery Guide
General:
Pottery
is the skill of molding clay into various objects and firing them in a kiln to
produce the finished product. Unlike
other skills, it is a two stage skill, that requires first combining the
ingredients on a pottery wheel, and then taking the unfinished product and the
appropriate firing sheet, and combining those items in a kiln for the finished
product. If you have any information on
this skill, please contact me.
Things to Note:
· Pottery
is a relatively inexpensive skill; about 30 pp to become a master
· Pottery
is a very useful skill for bakers, as most of the products can be used by the
bakers
· Pottery
is also very useful to poison makers and tinkerers
· Some
people find it less expensive to just destroy unfinished products, as firing
sheets are expensive and vendors won’t buy them
· When
making poison vial, many different animal skins can be used, they are listed in
the second table
· Firing
Sheets are abbreviated as follows: HQ (High Quality Sheet), Q (Quality Sheet),
and N (Firing Sheet)
· When
adding more than one of the same items in a recipe, do not stack them or you
will not only fail but be told that it is the wrong combination
· Most
Importantly, every piece of pottery requires a flask of water in the pottery
wheel combination, in order to be successful
