The Constitution applies to all members of the Guild, regardless of position, Everquest II level or seniority. This Code may be altered by the Emperor up to the release of Everquest II.
I. Guild Leadership A. The Guild shall be led by officers in positions of greater autority, known as Guild Leaders. B. Those Guild Leaders shall be as follows, thier exact position descriptions are found on the Guild Leader page of this site. 1. Emperor 2. Consuls (2) 3. Praetor 4. Aedile 5. Quaestor C. Regular Positions 1. All founding members of the Guild shall be givin at least a Centuriun Officer Position. All members after the founding shall begin at Hastati. 2. Promotion is based on seniority, participation and deeds that assist the guild. Promotions in the Regular Ranks may be done by any Officer or leader, but promotion to and within the Officer ranks must be done by the Emperor or a Consul. B. The Officer ranks are as follows, in a decending order of position. 1. Legatus Legionus 2. Tribunus Laticlavus 3. Prafectus Castrorum 4. Primus Pilus 5. Centuriun A. The Regular ranks are as follows, in a decending order of position. 1. Triarii 2. Principes 3. Hastati
III. Guild Alignment A. Imperium Arcanum shall be aligned with the Forces of Good B. Imperium Arcanum shall be headquartered in Qeynos C. Imperium Arcanum shall be aligned with the Qeynos Militia D. Guild to Guild Relations 1. The Emperor shall serve as diplomat in these situations 2. Alliances may only be accepted by a vote of all Guild Leaders. 3. Guild-Guild wars may only be declared by a 5/6th's vote of the Guild Leaders.
IV. Intra-Guild Conduct A. There shall be no stealing from any other guild member. B. There shall be no spamming, flaming, harrasment, discrimination or continuous begging among the Guild Members. C. ANY attempt to scam or exploit other members, officers OR the Guild Bank or Housing Fund, is prohibited. D. There shall be no stealing from, exploiting, or harrasment of Allied/Neutral Guilds or their members. E. Violation of A and C shall result in immediate Termination of position within the Guild. Violation of B and D shall result in a warning issued by the Praetor. Repetition of that infraction shall result in Termination.
V. Guild Membership Requirements A. All Everquest II players alligned with Qeynos and Good are welcome, regardless of race or class. B. At the inception of this Guild, there shall be no level-based requirements. C. At the inception of this Guild, there shall be no membership fees. D. Anyone wishing to join the Guild must accept the Guild's Constitution. E.
