Welcome home.

     Hello everybody, my name is Jack. This is a page about...me. I don't think descriptions of the self are best made by the self... that sort of description is best made by another.  I do believe that the person who knows himself best is himself. I'd like to have someone else write this little 'foreword' for me, but since no one is immediately around to do it, I will describe myself as best as possible. Expect better of me. Better things will come shortly.

     I have a turtle. His name is Jones, however my sister would like me to call him Squirt. She is bubbly.

I believe I haven't worn anything but black, besides the occasional obnoxious green, for about a year and a half now. Though I have no piercings, I am very into them...except nasal/eyebrow piercings. Implants are nice. I am an artist. My medium is currently pencil, but I have recently dabbled in painting (pun intended). I used acrylics because they are inexpensive.

My favorite artist is Hans Rudi Giger. He perpetually inspires me.

I am often complemented on my work and I plan on soon being 'discovered'. Aside from visual arts, I am a musician. In less than a year, less than six months even, I have been able to teach myself to play piano. many people don't believe that, they usually think I have been playing for maybe 9 years, though I am nowhere near that impressive. My favorite musics are by Yann Tiersen, Shongle, The Art of Noise, and Rasputina. Rasputina is my current favorite. I like 90's music...Vertical Horizon, Eve 6, Train...and individual songs by other groups, like Mr. Blue Sky (ELO).

Two of my flaws:  I am impatient and almost always forget to capitalize my 'I's.
