Constitution of Epsilon Phi Upsilon

SECTION I - Epsilon Phi Upsilon will generally hold eight regular meetings during the course of each semester, occurring every other week at a time and place specified by the President.

SECTION II - Regular meetings will consist of a prayer and a business meeting. The business meeting will be under the direction of the President.

SECTION III - Chair responsibility will succeed as follows: President, Vice-President, and then Sergeant-at-Arms.

SECTION IV - A one-half plus one majority of all active members constitutes a quorum. No meeting is official unless this quorum is present. At any meeting where a quorum is not present, no votes or official business may be considered.
