ARTICLE VI - PERMANENT CHAIRS
SECTION I - There will be an Athletic Director
and a Devotional Chairman. These positions are to be appointed by the
Executive Council prior to the first regular meeting of each semester.
SECTION II - It is the duty of the Athletic Director to coordinate all
sports activities in which the club is involved, to call practices when
necessary and to work with the Secretary to keep accurate records of all
sports activities. Any conflicts are to be presented to the Executive
Council, who will vote on the matter and then present the matter to the club
if the Council deems it necessary.
SECTION III - It is the duty of the Devotional Chairman to oversee the
planning and execution of all club sponsored religious activities. His aim
is to make these occasions as meaningful and relevant to the club members as
possible. The Chairman will also arrange a Bible study to take place on
campus at least one day a week. He may conduct the devotional himself or
engage another person to conduct the devotional.
