ARTICLE V - THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

SECTION I - It is the duty of the Executive Council to discuss, plan and organize the various projects, functions and activities of the club, to present these to the club when necessary for its approval, and to rule upon questions of absence policy, club dues and matters of discipline including fines.

SECTION II - The Executive Council will meet prior to each regular or special meeting of the club at a time suitable to its members.

SECTION III - The Executive Council may form committees to organize and handle any event that the club participates in. The committees must be headed by a member of the Executive Council and may have as many members from the club at large as the Council deems necessary to appoint.

SECTION IV - The Executive Council may appoint chairmen or directors fur certain ongoing committees or events that the club participates in. These chairmen or directors may be any member of the club.
