ARTICLE III - LEADERSHIP

SECTION I - The leadership of Epsilon Phi Upsilon consists of the following elected officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Sergeant-at-Arms. These officers compose the Executive Council of the club.

SECTION II - The President and Vice-President are eligible to serve no more than two terms of office. There are no restrictions placed on the number of terms that may be served in any other office.

SECTION III - The President and Vice-President must be at least a college sophomore, as defined in the Faulkner University handbook, during their term of office. There are no such restrictions on any other office.

SECTION IV - Each office has term of one year, beginning May 3 after election and ending May 2 of the following year.

SECTION V - All offices vacated during the course of the year are to be filled by special election, except in the case of the Presidency. If the office of President becomes vacant, the Vice-President will assume that office and its duties. The office of Vice-President will then be filled by special election.

SECTION VI - Candidates for a club office must register their desire to run for an office at least two days before the election is held with the President. The President will have a list of candidates available at least one day before elections are held to be reviewed by club members.

SECTION VII - A candidate may run for as many offices as he wishes, but upon election to any one, he automatically becomes ineligible for all others.

SECTION VIII - A one-half plus one majority vote of active members who are present at the meeting in which elections are held is required for election to an office.
