SECTION I - Membership in Epsilon Phi Upsilon is open to any male student of Faulkner University who is in good standing with the University and who upholds the aims and purposes set forth in this constitution.
SECTION II - Membership will be effective when all requirements for membership are met by such a student.
SECTION III - Active members are those who are enrolled as students at Faulkner University, who have declared themselves active and who are in compliance with all club rules and regulations.
