ARTICLE XIII - AMENDMENTS

[ Back to the constitution index. ]

SECTION I - Proposed amendments to this constitution must be posted at least four days in advance of being voted on by the club. A two-thirds majority of active members are required to be present to vote on an amendment to the constitution.

SECTION II - Exception Clause of the Constitution. With the exception of Article I, any part of this constitution may be temporarily set aside by a one-half plus one majority vote of active members in order for the club to take measures it deems necessary, but which would ordinarily be in conflict with this constitution. That part of the constitution set aside will become active immediately as temporary measures are accomplished.
