ARTICLE XI - REMOVAL OF OFFICERS

SECTION I - Any officer negligent in the duties of his office may be removed from office by a two-thirds majority vote of active members present at a meeting.

SECTION II - Such proceedings must occur within an official club assembly with reasonable opportunity having been extended the officer in question to prepare his defense. In case of proceedings against the President, the Sergeant-at-Arms will preside.
