Description:
- This position would be responsible for Storage Management's administration and technical support functions.
- Experienced with Storage Management on UNIX systems, RS/6000 AIX (SSA,DASD) using IBM's ADSM is required.
- Also familiarity with Storage Management on LAN systems and HP/UX a plus.
- Additional experience with Storage Management on MVS/ESA mainframe is also preferred.
- Systems: Mainframne required, (RS/6000-AIX, HP/UX (a plus)
- Storage Systems: EMC Storage connected to mainframe required.
- EMC and IBM SSA DASD for Open Systems - Unix-Aix, UX, and NT(is a plus).
- Software: Mainframe (DFSMS, HSM) Required ADSM (IBM's backup and Storage Mgmt software) ---a plus Tape Storage: IBM's 3494 Tape Library with 3590 Magstar tape drives - a plus
