The lovely Katherine, or Kat as she preferred, owned her own ship that she would speak of lovingly, though she didn't feel the same about her crew. The ring is of water breathing, given to her by her crew, for throwing her overboard so often, oddly enough the ring can be seen on her no matter what form she's in. She hasn't found a mate yet, but she's very in love with Max, a vampire friend of hers that she met by chance. She left home around twelve years ago, being only eighteen now her eyes shine with a unique innocence. It's that innocence that Pona and Michael try to protect, so they are often overprotective of the adventurous Kat. She does resent this quite a bit, and can be heard grumbling about it. She does love her family, and she will fight for their honor with all the dirty tricks she knows. She's not one to trifle with, all you have to do is ask Max. She is very idealistic about her Auntie Pona, having fought for someone simply calling Epona less than decent. She has a human form, but hates the weakness of it, so she never uses it, instead prefering her chronos form. The last form is a massive tigress, with very intelligent golden eyes. She prefers to stay on her ship, the Tomorrow, mostly to avoid her brother and his backstabbing girlfriend. She has no idea that Klyp is about to married, since she's supposed to be on the high seas, she doesn't know if her crew and ship still live. She had her ship taken over by a rival, and then thrown overboard to drown, which she didn't. Storm found her and only her friend Blade knows what might have happened to the girl. She's almost always near the water, trying to figure out what she did wrong, staying in her human form to avoid everyone, only Michael really knows what she looks like as a human. She hasn't seen Max in a good long time, so she's assumed that she's lost him, she already lost the rest of her things. She also has no idea that Michael and Night might be expecting children, or a child, it all depends on what happens next. Kat's had a lot of hardship, but her life's back to what it was, her brother's single again, but she knows not where he's gone to, Pona's impossible to get in touch with unless Pona wants to see her, and very little else has changed. Her dearest friend, Klyp, almost like a sister, is now married, with two children of her own, it's making Kat think more and more of settling down, but she's only in her twenties, she's got all the time in the world to think of taking a mate. Perhaps, someday, far in the future, she'll give up her career as a pirate captain, and settle down to be a docile mate, but, until then, she's a vengeful and fierce opponent, never anger her, and never insult her "family." |
