Minutes
�Meeting was called to order at 2:37.
�15 Members were in attendance.
2. Convention Overview
�Tiphani and Amanda gave an overview and recap of convention for the members in attendance.
3. Key Leader
�No one showed immediate interest in Key Leader, but Tiphani has already signed up.
4. Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides Walk
�May 19- 9:00 AM
�Members should sign-up by emailing Brent ([email protected]) by the April 19.
5. CFF Foundation Concert/Dance
�Title Decided Upon: Walk Through 65 Roses
�Possible bands to play: Safari So Good, Satellite, Parabacus
�Possibly have an assembly to promote- bring in someone with Cystic Fibrosis to talk about what it is to live life with it.
� Go around in study hall for promotion.
�Stress what concert/dance is benefiting.
6. T-Shirts
�A design for the t-shirt was decided on.
�The t-shirt will be black with orange letters/symbols
�The front will consist of four symbols.
a)The top to symbols will be an �i�, with a heart beside it.
b)The bottom symbols will be a key, with at club (like on playing cards) beside it.
�The back will consist of a white panther paw with the words �East Penn Key Club� in orange inside the panther paw.
�Taylor Shokes (New Member!) will be drawing the rough sketch for us.
�Order forms with prices will be coming soon.
7. Sub Fundraiser
�The Key Club decided on doing a sub fundraiser through Brenda�s Subs.
�The proceeds will go to help pay for the t-shirts, will all other money going to our club, and more specifically our concert/dance.
�Order forms and prices will be coming at the next meeting.
8. Bingo Calling
�Mr. Pasquarette (Kiwanis Member) request five Key Clubbers to help call Bingo numbers on April 22 at 2:00.
�The following members have signed up to help (first five are primary, second are alternates)

� Members will be notified closer to the event on to the logistics.
9. Road Cleanup
