| The story of the Epic of Troy is comprised of two parts- the story and RPG begins around 1200 BC, at the wedding of Peleus and Thetis, the first major plot turn. At this event, the Golden Apple is thrown, causing the Judgement of Paris, and eventually, the abduction of Helen to Troy, after which the Trojan War officially starts. Then, the war will proceed for nine years (which the RPG skips), and the story picks up in the last year of the Trojan War, where the Iliad begins as well. There are the events that everyone is familiar with- the events surrounding Briseis and Chryseis, the death of Patroclus, Hector, Achilles, and Paris, and finally, the burning of Troy. Yeah, sounds depressing to me too. *winks* |
