Hometown: Cambridge, England
Resides: Los Angeles, California
Height & Weight: 5’4” & 110lbs.

Alignment: Neverclear
Entrance Music: "Woo Boost" by Rusko

Ring Attire: To compete she wears a pair of denim-jeans shorts with a green basketball jersey, the latter of which is emblazoned with the Self-Inflicted Drama logo. This ensemble leads down into a pair of knee-high white gym socks and classic Chuck Taylors. It is not uncommon for her also to sport green head and sweat bands, as well as fist taping for her more intense matches.

Wrestling Style: SiD Cruiserweight. As the first official product of the Cathouse in Los Angeles, Sam is practically a walking advertisement for the signature cruiserweight style it has developed. She was trained by both Alexis Sykes and Laney Miller and has picked up elements of both of their approaches to the sport. While she is an avid supporter of technical wrestling, her light frame means that most submission holds are of no use to her, as such she is forced to adopt more high-flying attacks and springboard maneuvers. She will avoid brawling and hardcore wrestling where possible, but takes her cues from her stable mates.

Title History:
- eWo World Tag-Team Champion (1; w/ Lisa Seldon)

Wrestler History:
Born in Cambridge in 1988, the early life of Samantha Haines is largely unremarkable. The product of a single-parent household, Sam’s father left before she turned three, leaving her mother to raise her on minimum wage. Despite the circumstances of her upbringing, she was a naturally bright and energetic child, though not especially academically inclined. Never a particularly girly-girl, she quickly fell in with a predominantly male crowd, and her tastes and ideas developed accordingly. Perhaps owing to this, she discovered a love for professional wrestling and spent many long hours closeted in her room watching old tapes of classic matches.

Her life was to change in 2002 when she persuaded her mother to take her to see a wrestling show in London. Promoting the event was American veteran Casey Williams and a chance meeting at a pre-show signing between Casey and Sam’s mother sparked a whirlwind romance between the two. Only a year later, at the tender age of fifteen, Sam found herself leaving her friends behind and being whisked away to the United States.

Needless to say, for Sam it was not a love-match. She hated her new country of residence and found herself utterly out of place amongst most people of her age. What little self-confidence she had slowly drained away and pretty soon she became somewhat of a loner. Dropping out of school at sixteen, she retreated into herself and remained locked in her room, with only televised wrestlers for company. This became a source of great concern both for her mother and her step-father, Casey, who took it upon himself to try to drag her out of her depression. He hit upon the idea of teaching Sam to wrestle, to which she was not entirely opposed, and their weekends were soon spent together inside the squared-circle.

To Casey’s surprise and delight, Sam transpired to be a natural and before too long she was pushing at the boundaries of her step-father’s own knowledge and ability. Not wishing to hold her back, he brought Sam to Los Angeles to meet his friends in Self-Inflicted Drama and after a brief audition for senior trainer Laney Miller, she began training at the Cathouse facility under Laney’s personal tutelage.

Quickly establishing herself as a breakout star, she was booked in her first professional matches in 2007 in the newly formed Continental Wrestling Alliance as a test of her abilities. Though arguably passing with flying colors, Sam herself requested to continue training, not happy with her own performance. Throughout 2008 she continued to hone her skills, both in the Cathouse and on a series of brief tours of the Japanese independent circuit, while Self-Inflicted Drama booked her into a number of publicity spots and interviews to raise her profile on the American professional scene.

In early 2009, she received a call from unofficial Self-Inflicted Drama leader, Lisa Seldon, and found herself travelling to ever-forgiving Canada to compete as Lisa’s tag team partner in the Epic Wrestling Organisation…
