The fourth meeting of the Ur-RR&R was at Dan Morrison's apartment at 1001 East Carson Street in Pittsburgh on April 19, 1990. The only evidence of this meeting is a single surviving invitation in the Rascal archives. Who attended, only God knows. Though it is reasonable to suggest at at least Dan Morrison was there, since it was his nasty apartment.
