First Meeting of the Ur-RR&R

The first meeting of the Ur-RR&R was at Harvey's Chelsea Restaurant in Manhattan on February 3, 1989. The meeting had no planned theme but the discussion over dinner revolved around an idea which later evolved into the Rascal's Challenge.
