Allen was introduced to Lair No. 3 by his brother-in-law, Peter Marino. He was voted into membership on April 27, 2002. He completed his Rascal's Challenge by getting the story on the Caves of Marcus Hook, which he presented on June 5, 2004.
Allen died December 12, 2012.
