The fourth meeting of Lair No. 2 was held on November 2, 1996 at the Charcoal Steakhouse. Like the previous meeting on Floyd County, this meeting also took the form of a Mass Challenge. The challenge presented was for the best discourse upon the topic: "The Biggest, Most Incredible, Most Interesting and Entertaining Goof, Mistake, Error, Miscalculation or Gaff Ever Perpetrated (but Seldom Noticed).
