As we wish to join ourselves together in a fraternal bond for our mutual amusement and edification, by forming Lair No. 2 of the Rascals, Rogues, and Rapscallions;
We declare that we will abide by the Constitution of the Rascals, Rogues, and Rapscallions and that we will uphold and honor its traditions and customs and;
We declare that we will work to bring glory to the Rascals, Rogues, and Rapscallions, and that we will refrain from all activities which might taint its good name and;
We declare that the name, flag, symbols, and devices of the Rascals, Rogues and Rapscallions are the property of the Rascals Rogues, and Rapscallions and;
We declare that we are males, over the age of 21, and in full control and possession of our mental faculties and;
In demonstration of these declarations of intention and understanding, we set our hand to this document, on this the 6th day of January, 1996, in the city of Roanoke, Virginia.
