On March 10, 1997, Bill was offered three challenges:
1. Identify, name and have officially recognized a new species of plant or animal using customary scientific channels. The name of the new species must make reference to the Rascals, Rogues, and Rapscallions.
2. Learn Mom, write 12 sonnets in Mom, and have the collection published in the natinoal capital nearest to the center of teh population that traditionally use Mom.
3. Develop an RR&R monetary system, applying all standard principles of monetary policy. Create circulating high quality banknotes in at least four denominations that can be used within the organization.
