Scheduled for May 9, 2009 at the Classic Cigar Parlor, this meeting was to feature a Rascal Challenge presentation by Eddie Burnett on one of three topics: 1) Design and play a musical instrument, 2) A murder from his congregation, 3) Find a descendant of the nearest cigar manufacturer. But as luck would have it, in April 2009, Eddie moved to Texas and so the Rascal Challenge went unmet and the meeting of Lair No. 3 was canceled.
