Lair No. 3 of the Rascals, Rogues, and Rapscallions held its first quarter 2025 meeting on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in the Ungerman Barn at Huntingdon Valley Presbyterian Church. The evening's program was George Green's Rascal Challenge presentation in which he was told to bring back the most interesting meal. After a business meeting at which Jeff Sivek, lapsed member of Lair No. 1, was elected a member of Lair No. 3, George began his meal with Egg-Stuff-Eggs as an appetizer. That was followed by Mock Mock Turtle Soup which was not made with a calf's head. Then came Beef Wellington and some kind of denatured Nutella for dessert. To accompany all of this food a Twenty-First Century Cocktail was offered, which began with an absinthe-washed cup. The zoom link, on which Tim Esaias and Hugh Riches were present, was the best ever.
