From 1989 to 1993, Dan Morrison convened five meetings under the banner "Rascals, Rogues and Rapscallions", in New York City; Weehawkin, New Jersey; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In those early meetings, the concept of the future fraternal society was fine tuned. The first Lair of the RR&R was chartered in Pittsburgh in 1993. The second Lair was chartered in Roanoke, Virginia, in 1996. The third Lair was chartered in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, in 2000. At present, only Lair No. 3 is active.
