The only information we have about this meeting comes from a copy of an invitation in the Ephorate Archive. The invitation lists the date as June 3, 2006, and the meeting as a Mass Challenge meeting in which the challenge is to identify, "The Rascal International: Who is the most rascally rascal outside of the USA?"
