Yu
Yu also was a representative for the earth treaty.  He was the main spokes person and finally supported the treaty when he found out that Nirrti tried to assassinate Chronos.  Yu isn't really interested in any of the planets that reside in and around Earth and therefore favoured the treaty.  Unlike most System Lords, Yu didn't impersonate a God but he did pose as a Chinese Emperor.

Mythology of Yu
The legend says that "Yu sprang forth into the world from a dragon's body, and possessed great mythic powers." and he was the first of the Earlier Chinese Emperors.
