The Enemy Within

Kawalsky, O'Neill's "right-hand-man" has been having painful and serious headaches and been acting weirdly and aggresively.  This is caused by the alien Goa'uld larvae that has attached itself to his brain.  This larva is trying to take over Kawalsky's body in order to go through the Stargate again.  With help from Teal'c, they attempt to operate and remove the larva.
