If you steal someone else's target assignment out of their box or even look at it, fail to report being killed, argue that you were not killed when you were, or fail to report killing an innocent bystander, then YOU ARE CHEATING. Don't do this. IF you are accused of cheating twice, even with no evidence at all, you will be kicked out of the game. The idea here is to be so honest that no one could even suspect you of cheating. Be honorable, or else this game won't be fun - at all!
