Energy ~ Surround yourself with people and things that radiate energy.

Friends ~ Friends and family members are among your greatest resources!

Growth ~ Look for opportunities to learn new things and enhance your life.

Harmony ~ Promote cooperation, understanding and peace wherever you are.

Imagination ~ Use imagination to find creative solutions to any challenges.

Joy ~ Celebrate the joy in your life! Keep a list of good things that happen.

Knowledge ~ Know your own strengths and weaknesses, and plan accordingly.

Laughter ~ Make time for humor and laughter in your life every day.

Meditation ~ A few minutes of quiet reflection can be a powerful coping technique.

Nutrition ~ Healthy foods and good nutrition help your body respond to stress.

Outdoors ~ Spend time outdoors and enjoy all of the beauty of the natural world.

Planning ~ Plan to be organized, including a "Plan B" option for the unexpected.

Questions ~ Don't be afraid to ask questions and gather lots of information.

Relaxation ~ Find ways to relax that you can incorporate into your daily routine.

Sensual ~ Make time for all types of sensual pleasures: massage, sexuality, etc.

Thankfulness ~ Take a moment to appreciate all of the blessings in your life each day.

Utilize ~ Utilize self-care skills and other ways to reduce every day stress.
