ANTI-SEIZE AND SEALING LUBRICANT
DESCRIPTION
Oberon G33 has multi-protective abilities that prevents acid and alkaline action, carbon fusion, seizure, galling, heat and water damage. It protects against seizure in temperatures of up to 2500 degrees F(1371 degrees C). Its non-toxic content makes it ideal for the food industry.
CHARACTERISTICS
SPECIAL FORMULATION
Oberon G33 contains Oberon SL3 inhibitors against water, acid, alkali and heat. These micronized metals penetrate into the inner layers of metal surfaces and fill in pitted, corroded areas to repair and protect metal surfaces. Harmful oxidation products are dissolved and evaporated from the metal surface by Oberon SL3 additives, leaving the metal surface totally corrosion-free.
EXCELLENT ANTI-SEIZE QUALITIES
Metal seizure occurs when contacting surfaces weld and disassembling metal parts become difficult. Seizure can be caused by heat, incorrect tolerances, corrosion, rust and oxidation. The Oberon SL3 heat-resisting additives in Oberon G33 make it an excellent anti-seize compound in high temperature applications.
UNIVERSAL APPLICABILITY
Oberon G33 provides effective anti-seize and anti-corrosion protection in almost any industrial application. Oberon G33 is highly suitable for pipe fittings, manhole fittings, tank car and barrel plugs; pump gasket, bolts and nuts, injection nozzles, spark plugs and sprockets; gear train, drive line, braking, spring and steering assemblies.
