DESCRIPTION
Modern vehicle and transmission design place stress on the automatic transmission fluids. Oberon F302 provides reliable friction performance, high temperature stability and low temperature fluidity to achieve cleaner transmissions and more reliable operation.
CHARACTERISTICS
HEAT RESISTANCE
Oberon F302 has super-refined Oberon Iso-Paraffinic Base Oil to maintain excellent thermal stability. At severe temperatures, this eliminates the danger of sludge and varnish formation, which can damage clutch paltes and destroy the entire transmission operation. Oberon F302 also cools as it lubricates. Oberon F302 arrested foams which would otherwise disturb the valve control systems. The heat-resistant property in Oberon F302 absorbs and dissipates heat away from all moving parts.
SEAL PROTECTION
Oberon F302 protects seals from becoming brittle or spongy. This spares the transmission unit the danger of leakage and enormous repair costs.
OXIDATION RESISTANCE
In addition to the natural oxidation stability from its superior Oberon Iso-Paraffinic Base Oil, Oberon F302 contains oxidation resistance additives to obtain total protection from oxidation. Oberon F302 also resists corrosion from acids by its sulphur-free content.
HIGH VISCOSITY INDEX
Its High Viscosity Index(HVI) means Oberon F302 transmits power through a system equally well in low and high temperatures.
INHIBITS FOAM
Oberon F302 avoids foaming tendences in transmissions so that full-bodied lubricant is maintained to all surfaces requiring lubrication.
