DESCRIPTION
Oberon F223 is a premium pure medical grade lubricant that is completely free from any impurities. Oberon F223 is designed for use in all food and pharmaceutical industries where incidental contact with food products may occur. It is specially developed for use within the bread industry for application in single and multi-packet dough dividers.
CHARACTERISTICS
HIGH STANDARDS
Oberon F223 exceeds the requirements of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) where incidental contact with products in service may occur. Oberon F223 is both tasteless and odorless and conforms to both British and US Pharmacopoeia medical grade paraffins.
ABSOLUTE PURITY
Oberon F223 is non-toxic and completely harmless. It is also anti-rancid and contains a bactericide to prevent bacteria-formation to preserve its purity.
OPTIMAL PRECISION
Oberon F223 ensures the high precision of dough dividers because this highly refined medical grade lubricant gives excellent lubrication to cutting and sliding surfaces. The dough divider seal on the suction stroke is also maintained by the viscosity of Oberon F223.
SUPERIOR COMPOSITION
Oberon F223 has an advanced Oberon SL3 additive package which includes anti-foam, anti-oxidation and anti-wear agents to extend oil and equipment life.
APPLICATION
Oberon F223 should be used in food processing and pharmaceutical equipment and other applications which demand the use of pure grade oils. Oberon F223 is specially recommended for the bread industry for use in single and multi-packet dough dividers.
