Kevin, Brian and Nick were sharing the same room as they always have many things to talk about.
Kevin couldn't get to sleep still because of Cindy and so he decided to call Brian and Nick up.
"Brian...Nick...wake up..." Kevin said.
Seeing no response, he took a pillow from his bed and hit them on the head.
"Get up!!"
"What..?!?! I need to sleep...STOP BOTHERING ME!!!" Nick yelled.
"Stop yelling in the middle of the night, Frack." Brian said sleepily.
"Guys...please get up and talk to me, I can't get to sleep."
Kevin pleaded.
"Alright..." both of them lazily got up.
Nick held his pillow in his hands and was half dozing off back to lala land.
"So what's bothering you till you can't sleep?" Brian asked.
"Frick...don't ask that question...we both well know that it's because of Cindy." Nick said.
"Guys...please tell me what to do...I really don't know how to ask her."
"Look, Kev. You are a BIG guy now. We can't tell you to do everything." Brian said.
"But...we can...come here..." Nick motioned Kevin to come near him.
Nick was telling Kevin something but Brian couldn’t hear and so Brian started
to throw pillows at the both of them.
Soon they ended up in a huge pillow fight with minimum noise, of course.
When everything finally ended, Brian sat up.
"So Nick, are you telling me or not?" Brian threatened.
"Alright.... I was just telling Kevin to kiss her immediately when she stepped into our house tomorrow."
"Huh??! Will that work?" Brian asked.
"I'm not sure but I tried that on Mandy before and it worked!" Nick chuckled.
"Okay guys...thanks...But Nick, I might try your suggestion." Kevin winked at Nick.
"I have something to tell you, Nick" Kevin continued.
"Shoot."
"I think Faith has a crush on you."
"Are you kidding?" asked Nick, shocked.
"Maybe it's not true but when she described that person to whom she likes, it sounded so much like you."
"Tell us what she told you..." Brian said.
"She said that I’ve known this guy for years and a lot younger than me and he is very handsome plus he had a
good voice. See, does that description fits you or not?"
"But she always scolds and pinches me...how in the world could she have a crush on me?"
"Like I say, I was just making a wild guess..." Kevin said.
"Well guys, I think we better hit the pillows now or we'll never get out of this bed on time tomorrow." Brian said as he pulled his covers up.
"Alright...goodnight guys..." Kevin said.
"Goodnight." Brian said.
Nick got up and opened the door.
"Nick, where are you going?" Kevin asked.
"To get a drink. Goodnight guys." Nick then closed the door behind him.
Nick went to the kitchen and poured himself a glass of plain water.
He sat down at the kitchen table stared out the window.
He looked up at the sky, filled with stars.
The stars reminded him of Faith, which was not at all surprising to him because he always
heard her beautiful poems on stars and nature.
"Could this be real?" he thought.
Mandy has always been his favorite girl but how could he...?
"No...It can't be...she's just like a sister to me..." he said to himself.
Putting the empty glass into the sink basin, he walked back to his room.
On the way, he couldn't help but stand in front of Faith's bedroom.
There was a framed picture, which showed a fairy in a wonderland with snow surrounding the
area hanging onto her bedroom door.
He bought the picture when they were on tour in Germany.
He chuckled when he remembered just how he begged that old man to sell him the
picture that he saw when he was passing by his house.
No one knew about this.
He just told them that he had bought it from a shop.
Nick turned the knob of the door, hoping that the door wasn’t locked.
To his surprise, it wasn't! And so he turned the knob quietly and went in.
He saw that Faith was sleeping at her desk and carried her to her bed.
Faith wasn't aware who it was and she was so tired.
She opened her eyes once but closed them again quickly.
Nick was glad that she was too tired to see who it was.
Then, Nick went over to her desktop and sat down on her chair.
There were many photos displayed on her desk and Nick had looked at them a million times.
But Nick couldn't help and notice for the first time that
the pictures that she displayed were mostly of him and Faith.
His eyes roamed through all the displayed photos and then onto the desktop, where her diary lay untouched.
Unable to withstand his curiosity, he picked it up and randomly picked a page and started to read.

Dear Diary,
It's that time of the year again. No...I don't meant Christmas although I'm obsessed with it...LOL...
What I mean is Kevin and the rest are on tour again. *Sigh* I will be real bored cause they won't be back for
Christmas as they had a show down at Ohio for the New Year. I wanted to tag along but Kevin kept saying
'No' over and over again. Gonna miss them...especially *him* =P!
Love, me
Nick read the last sentence and was getting some kind of a hint.
He continued to turn to the next page.

Dear Diary,
OMG!! I don't believe this! Nicky sent me this huge 4-foot tall snow-white teddy bear!! I was
there sitting in the kitchen thinking of him and the next thing I knew, *poof* came this cutie. This boy sure
knows how to spoil me. Guess, maybe this Christmas, I'll not be *so* lonely after all, with the teddy's
company, of course!
Love, me =)
Nick smiled as he remembered that huge teddy which he had sent it to her on their tour.
Again, he continued on.

Dear Diary,
Ok, I am not in a good mood today. Why? Cause someone just called me and that someone is
Nick. Why in the world would be unhappy? Well, I was very happy and over-excited at first when I pick
up the phone and to discover that it's Nick. He told me that he was very sorry that he and the others
were not able to celebrate the Christmas with me. After that, he told me he had good news for me.
He has a new girlfriend. A *new* girlfriend named Mandy Williford. Good news indeed.
I nearly wanted to scream into his ears but I controlled it. Damm...SHE'S MY BEST FRIEND!!! That does it.
I told him that someone was at the door and hung up the phone immediately. It was the first time in so many
years that I did not greet him a Happy Merry Christmas. How could I continue to talk to him at that very point?
My hope is all gone. Gone. He doesn't love me.
