Make cheques payable to the Eastern Ontario Retriever Club, dated no later than 12 July 1999. A listing fee of $3.50 per dog is required for a dog not registered with the CKC. Litter numbers are not acceptable.

Telephone entries will not be accepted. No entries will be accepted after 7:00p.m., Monday July 12, 1999. No confirmation of entries will be returned. Bitches in season may not compete. Refund of entry fee subject to veterinary certificate. Running order will be determined by draw.

GAME: Ducks and pheasants.

RIBBONS: Standard CKC rosettes (as per Ch. 4, Sec. 4.1) will be presented at headquarters on Saturday at the conclusion of the stake.

TRAINING: CKC rules prohibit training on the grounds designated for the holding of a licensed trail. Prior permission to train on private property must be obtained from the property owner.

HUNT TEST HEADQUARTERS

At the home of GLEN CUMPSON near Westport, Ontario. The trial grounds are about 45 mins. north of Kingston on County Rd. #10 at the McAndrews Rd. Signs will be posted. County Rd. #10 is also know as Division Street and Perth Road. If attending from Westport, the trial grounds are approx. 6kms. South on County Rd.#10.

There will be a Tailgate at headquarters on Saturday Nite. Please help to help us support the Club an Events of this type by patronizing the Tailgate.

Hunt Test

The date set for the hunt test is July 17/18, and again with the approval of the C.K.C. The grounds for this trial will also be held at the summer residence of Glen Cumpson's, Westport, Ontario.

This trial will feature 2 Junior Hunter, 2 Senior Hunter and 2 Master Hunter stakes. There will be a tailgate at this trial, and anyone willing to help out with this task, is asked to please either Jacqueline Cooper at 372-0400 or Kerry Arthur at 353-6451. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

A raffle or silent auction will also take place at this event. Club members, please start recruiting prizes that could be donated to this worthwhile cause.
