The monument has three widely seperated units in Eastern Oregon, all with trails and interpretive exhibits. The Sheep Rock Unit, near Kimberly, Oregon, offers the Thomas Condon Visitor Center, with fossil museum, and the James Cant Ranch Museum.
Hours:
Trails and overlooks are open daylight hours year round.
The visitor center is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The hours are extended in the summer, and the center is closed Federal Holidays in the winter.
