-*The title "End Of Days" was taken from the name of an Episode
in Buffy's seventh season.
The last name of Colonial Robert Sizemore was derived from a family
name of one of the staff members.
-*Sherry Stringfield who plays the resident Doctor, everyone knows
as "Doc" is no stranger to a medical role as she portrayerd "Dr.
Susan Lewis" On the NBC medical drama "ER" for years.
-*In the episode "Vivica" when the nurse pages the doctor to come to
the pregnant potential's bedside, the Nurse actually pages a
"Dr Lewis" (See above for explanation)
-*The Episode "True To Form" reunited Morena Baccarin to the world
of Joss, as she used to portray Inara on Joss' now cult hit
"Firefly"
-*In the episode "Death To Magic", Cordelia states to Doc that she
"I’ve watched my fair share of ER..." once again playing on the fact
that Sherry Stringfield once played a Dr on the hit medical drama.
-*In the episode "Mother", Angela's boyfriend Shaun's Last name was
orignally supposed to be Morgan, named after the lead singer of
the rock group "Seether" (A favorite of both Jenn and Aimee) but
afraid people would think he was related to Lilah Morgan, also
present in the episode, his last name was quickly changed to
Keeting, which just so happens to be one of the staff member's
mother's maiden name.
-*Also in "Mother", Doc takes on the foster children of her mother's
Eli and Areida, portrayed by Shane West and Parminder Nagra, both
of which have acted on ER with Sherry Stringfield.
-*Doc's real name, Dana Halston is derrived from both the last name
of a staff member's favorite aunt, and the first name of the well
known FBI agent "Dana Scully" from "The X-Files.
-*Much of the twins Alle and Lily's background stems from the
combination of a staff member's two favorite V.C. Andrews book
series, 'Heaven' and 'Ruby'
-*A.J Langer, who portrays Angela, got her start on the series "My
So Called Life" portraying the best friend of the main character,
who's name just happens to be Angela.
-*Doc's home land Oklahoma, is also the birth place of Reba McEntire
who portrays her mother, Pam Halston.
-*The last name of the potential Vivica and her daughter Clair seen
in the episode "Truth And Consequence" is actually the maiden name
of one of the staff members.
-*6 of season one's episodes are named from songs.
Black Dog (Led Zeppelin), Vivica (Jack Off Jill),
Jaded(Aerosmith), I Would Die For You (From The Garbage Song,
Number One Crush), Down With The Sickness (Disturbed).
-*The Episode Title "Risky Buisness" is also the name of a 1983 Tom
Cruise Movie.
-*The Episode title "Sins Of The Father" is also the name of a Buffy
Novel.
-*In The Episode "The Party", the song Angela and Alex Dance to is "Take Me Away" By Seether, the same band who sings the theme song to the series.
