If after being on the product for at least 48 hours, appetite loss is not apparent, dosage may be in crease to 3 capsules with meals. Other factors that may effect dosage are the size of the person and the amount of fat that needs to be lost.
Important note: If weight loss desired is over 20 lbs, I'd use both the LypoZyme and BalanceZyme. For optimal energy levels and cleansing, I'd also get on the e-club and use the OxicellZyme/Plantadophilus daily. Realize that this is a "from the inside out" rejuvenation and health building regimen so don't expect the rapid, unhealthy weight loss (which is typically almost all water, and then muscle) that one might temporarily achieve with some of the more popular thermogenic formulas. Be prepared to go through a 21-day adjustment period where you may have days when you feel very hungry and days when you don't want to eat at all. As your hungry system begins to harvest the nutrients it needs from foods, vitamins and water, this will level out. Also, be prepared to commit to at least a three month regimen.
However, I intend to take enzymes the rest of my life. The only difference is that I am not treating for weight loss or physical challenge, so the formulas I choose for myself now are the OxicellZyme and Plantadophilus. Long after you have lost the weight, I would suggest sticking with these two.
